The Studio

I am essentially a 'mobile training unit'.  I established Positive Image Training and Fitness with the intent of make training more accessible to everyone.  Everyone has their own reasons for not wanting to join a gym. To me having a more personalized experience, whether through one on one training or small group training, allows both me as the trainer and you as the client to see and experience progress in your fitness journey.  

 

So having said this I do have one on one training in my home.  Other options are your home, your gym or your 'community hall' for small group training.  Summer of course lends itself to a much broader choices of outdoor venues and this is when the fun really starts.
