Group Training - Fun and Functional

Get your family, friends, work colleagues or just yourself and come out for an hour of fun and functional training.  There is some structure to this FREE event but the goal is to get an idea on how to incorporate some fun into your fitness routine.

Don't stress if you don't think you have what it takes, the session is geared toward individuals fitness levels.  There no expectations as to what you should be achieving.  I want you to have fun and maybe learn something about yourself when it comes to your abilities and hopefully motivate you to continue to achieve a higher level of fitness.
