Group Training - 2-8 Clients

Ideal for those that like to train in a group environment, feeding of the energy of others

Service Description

These classes incorporate a variety of exercise modalities that train up the entire body. Participants will be exposed to unique and fun ways to train with and without equipment. ALL CLASSES HAVE PROGRESSION & REGRESSION EXERCISES DEPENDING ON YOUR FITNESS LEVEL.

Cancellation Policy

Due to tight time scheduling, any appointments need to be altered or cancelled at the beginning of the day of you scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for that training session. Group training sessions are cancelled if there are less than 4 participants. There is no charge to the client if this happens.
