Rates

In-Home Training 

$35.00/hr or $300.00 (12 sessions)

Group Training 
$20.00 per session, or $120.00 for 10 sessions (note : group training sessions will be limited to 2-6 individuals to ensure a more personalized training experience.  12 week sessions are also available.)

Core Training 

$20.00 per session (usually 1/2 hr of training).

It should be noted that core training is an integral component of all other training sessions but if an individual is wanting more focus on their core then this conditioning program is offered.

Athelete Conditioning 

This specialized program is offered in 12 week blocks of training with 2 training sessions a week. One-on-one training or small groups of 4-6 athletes are offered.

  • private training (24 sessions in 12 weeks) - $480.00  
  • group training (24 sessions in 12 weeks, limit 2-6 athletes) - $300.00/participant  

Bootcamp Workout

This program is typically only offered in the spring through to fall so that we can take advantage of the outdoors and local recreation fields.  This program can be offered through the winter months as interest dictates.  This is a fun, effective and interactive form of training.

  • $10/hr with a minimum of e to a maximum of 6 people per class.  Sessions run once a week for 8 weeks with 12 week programs available.
  • NOTE:  twice a week programming is available for the same session length for $7.50/hr.

'Wedding Bell' Bootcamp Workout

Another bootcamp style workout especially for woman who have a weight/fitness goal before the big day. 

This is an intense program requiring a 2hr commitment per week for 8 weeks.  Give the gift of fitness to your bridal party.
