BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS
Most of us know what a boot camp workout is all about .... high energy, not much rest and someone shouting at you all the
time telling you how useless you are and if you want to be someone you need to work harder.
Well that is partially true, it is high intensity with little
rest but there is no need for the shouting although you won't be allowed to slack off!!
Positive Image Training and
Fitness incorporates every body part in each session with a
cardiovascular component an anaerobic component and core strengthening.
Each session is an hour in length and the program is designed
such that you can come when you want but the recommendation is at least 2 sessions a week to gain the
benefits.
The more the merrier if there is such a thing as merrier with
these types of workouts as it adds credence to the expression ... 'misery likes company'!
